U10/U12
Each day, there will be 3 development sessions in the following format:
Rink - Gardens
9:30 - 10:45 AM Power Skating
11:00 - 12:00 PM Lunch/Dryland
12:30 - 1:45 PM Ring Skills
U14/U16 -- FULL
Each day, there will be 3 development sessions in the following format:
Group 1 Schedule
9:30 - 10:45 PM Power Skating
11:00 - 1:30 PM Lunch/Dryland
2:00 - 3:15 PM Ring Skills
Group 2 Schedule
11:00 - 12:15 PM Power Skating
12:30 - 3:00 PM Lunch/Dryland
3:30 - 4:45 PM Ring Skills
Due to the overwhelming interest in the U14/U16 group we have added and extra ring skills session. ** Group 1 and Group will be alternating Ring Skills sessions throughout the week to allow both groups to have extra dryland.
U19/NRL
Each day, there will be 2 development sessions in the following format:
7:30 - 8:45 PM Ice Time
6:30 - 8:30 PM Dryland
